Support 3-K and pre-K

#startstrong

New York City led the nation when it established free, full-day pre-kindergarten a decade ago and expanded it several years later to add 3-K. But the Adams administration has cut these valuable early childhood education programs by $170 million and is fighting against efforts to restore the funding in the city budget, which must be adopted by the end of June.

Contact your City Council member to urge them to remain firm on restoring funding for 3-K and pre-K seats in the city budget and allocating these seats where the demand is. No seat should go empty when we have families eager for these educational opportunities for their young children.
