We mourn the loss of our friend and colleague Patricia Filomena. Pat was a longtime UFT representative for District 7 and taught for more than 30 years at PS 18 in the Bronx.

Pat's family asks that in lieu of flowers, you consider making a donation to a cause near to Pat's heart: the UFT Pride Committee's Daniel Dromm Scholarship Fund. The Pride Committee awards its Daniel Dromm Scholarship annually to high school students who are LGBTQ+ student activists.
