UFT Pride Committee

The UFT Pride Committee is comprised of UFT members and staff who share a vision of inclusiveness and aim to advocate for LGBTQ+ issues. The committee accomplishes this goal by advocating for fair treatment in the workplace, promoting diversity and inclusion in education, promoting social justice and equitable treatment of LGBTQ+ individuals in society and by increasing awareness around health issues in the LGBTQ+ community. We also regularly participate in pride events, marches and celebrations throughout the community.

Please join, stay in touch and learn more about the committee. For more information, contact us at pride [at] uft [dot] org (pride[at]uft[dot]org)
