Join the UFT Member Assistance Program’s virtual Well-Being Series to learn coping and healing skills to support you in your personal and professional life. These interactive sessions, formerly called Let’s Talk About It, are led by experts on the topic. You’ll leave each session with tools, ideas and a new outlook on the things that most affect your sense of well-being. While you’re taking care of your students, MAP’s Well-Being Series is here to take care of you.

In today's fast-paced and ever-changing world, resilience is crucial for personal and professional success. This workshop is all about helping participants thrive in the face of challenges, and change. Grounded in positive psychology principles, this resilience session offers practical tools, insights and strategies to tackle life's ups and downs with confidence and grace.

Healthy Boundaries & How to Set Them
Tues., Feb. 4, 4:30 p.m. – 5:35 p.m.
When we set healthy boundaries, we help others understand what’s important to us and how we’d want to be treated. In this workshop, you will identify where you would like to set healthy boundaries and and how to develop them that empower you and those around you.

Sleep is Your Superpower
Weds., Feb. 26, 4:30 p.m. – 5:35 p.m.
Sleep is often viewed as a luxury. However, sleep powers our minds, our bodies, and our teams. There is no tenant of health that sleep doesn’t affect. Even a few hours of lost sleep impacts our thinking, mood, and memory. During this session we will learn about the effects of poor sleep and share practical tools to unleash the power of rest.
