I was very disappointed that Trader Joe’s is not treating the safety of its workers with the respect they are due (“Trader Joe’s workers: Company skimping on safety,” Dec. 17, 2020). However, the store on the Upper West Side seems to have everyone in masks and well-spaced.

Also, the article states Trader Joe’s is owned by Amazon. I haven’t been able to find any evidence of that. They are owned by Aldi. It does not change the fact that the stores are not doing their job in keeping everyone safe
