Let us help you fill your open child care slots!
We know that finding families to fill your open child care slots can be a constant challenge. That's why we have created and are making available to all NYC family child care providers a free, new platform to promote themselves and their openings to the more than 180,000 teachers and other professionals in the UFT who may be looking for child care.
What do I need to do?
A basic profile has already been set up for you based on the information on file with OCFS. But, if you really want to be found, it’s important for you to provide additional helpful information to the families that are looking for child care such as your hours of operation, the age of children you serve, the number of open slots you have by age, pricing, and any other special training or certifications you have or special you offer.
How do I update the information about my child care program?
It’s easy and quick. All you need is your OCFS-issued license number and the email address you have on file with OCFS. You can use this information to quickly “claim” your listing, create an account and start making updates.
