UFT members enrolled in the BERS pension plan now have the option to switch to the TRS plan. The UFT Pension Department is holding in-person information sessions in all five boroughs to guide you through the decision-making and transfer process. We advise you not to take any action until you've attended a UFT information session and understand how a transfer may affect you.
