Register for a professional development workshop for social workers and psychologists. Let’s face it, eating in today’s world is not as easy as it used to be. There are more food preservatives and pesticides in our food than ever before that impacts our moods and thoughts. As educators, our busy schedules, makes harder to know what to eat, when and why. In this session presented by Dr. Pina LoGiudice, ND, LAc, participants will discuss the basic tenets of good nutrition, and simple ways to cook foods for optimal health.
