Join Dr. Tiana Woolridge, primary care sports medicine physician at the Hospital for Special Surgery, for a hybrid seminar designed specifically for UFT Welfare Fund members. This engaging session will address the most common causes of knee, shoulder, and low back pain, effective prevention strategies, and when to seek medical care. This seminar will provide actionable insights to help you stay strong and pain-free in and outside the classroom. The event will conclude with a Q&A session. 

Dr. Tiana Woolridge, MD, MPH is a double-board certified pediatric and sports medicine physician at the Hospital for Special Surgery. A former Division I athlete, she specializes in the nonsurgical treatment of multi-skeletal conditions with a focus on holistic, patient-centered care. Dr. Woolridge is also a national speaker and mental health advocate, known for her work in injury prevention and wellness education.
