Queens paraprofessionals are invited to a workshop for paraprofessionals on how to implement functional behavior assessments (FBA), behavior intervention plans (BIP) and progress monitoring strategies. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the purpose and process of an FBA, how to interpret and apply a BIP to support student independence and practical methods for tracking progress in student behavior.
