The UFT Speech Improvement Chapter offers a “Speech Survival Class” for new speech teachers, those who joined the Department of Education within the last three years or who are returning after a prolonged absence.  At this virtual clinic for UFT members in Tier 4 of the Teachers' Retirement System, participants will learn about pension milestones and final average salary (FAS). 

This workshop is for all in-service UFT members in District 15. Come ready to learn how to best use your defined-benefit pension plan to make the most of your retirement. We will go over everything pension-related for all tiers and will answer your questions as well.
