Thank you to the teachers who shared the proof of DOE improper practices that make grievances possible. Thank you Ellen Procida and the grievance staff; you prevailed with SESIS, and you will set the precedents in arbitration that will guide the negotiations with our next mayor for an evaluation system that supports teachers. Thank you Michael, officers and executive board for executing a plan that coordinates grievance, arbitration, legislation and political action to fix this mess.
