UFT launches ad thanking educators and frontline workers
The UFT launched a television ad campaign on April 16, 2020, spotlighting educators who are meeting the challenges of remote learning for their public school students and also thanking frontline workers for their efforts in the fight against COVID-19.
The spot, titled “Continues,” will run until April 25, appearing on Colbert at Home, NY1, MSNBC, CNN and other major outlets in the New York City metropolitan area, along with Hulu, YouTube and other streaming services.
The $1.2 million broadcast and cable campaign is expected to reach more than 14 million broadcast and cable viewers, and 8 million impressions in streaming services. It was produced by Andi Johnson, a partner in the television division of GPS Impact.
