Managing Anger
The pressures of everyday life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, frustrated and angry at times. While anger is a natural emotion, if left unresolved, it can feel like a volcano erupting inside you and can lead to alienation from friends, colleagues and loved ones. In this group, you will learn to identify emotional triggers that can make us feel angry and healthy coping skills to manage those feelings.
